If you would like to return an item, please note the following:
- Return your item(s) in the original packaging
- Return your package within 14 days of receiving the package
- Handle the items carefully when trying them on
- Do not remove any stickers or labels, otherwise the return will not be accepted
- Only clean and unworn items will be accepted for return. Items with makeup stains, sweat stains/odor, pet hair, perfume, or damage caused by the recipient will be returned and will not be refunded.
- SALE products and hygiene items (e.g. hijabs) are excluded from exchange and return!

Once we receive your return, it will take approximately 5-7 days to process. It will take another 4-6 days for your refund to be processed and processed.
Shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer for orders under 89€; orders over 89€ are free.
Returns due to undeliverability
For shipments that cannot be delivered due to an address error, shipments that are not picked up at a DHL branch/Packstation, or shipments that are canceled or refused and are therefore returned to us, we can resend them for a flat shipping fee of €5.49 or cancel the order. In the event of a cancellation, a return shipping and processing fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund amount.
